What is W.E.A.L.T.H?

Wealth, does any else get a funny feeling when you hear that word? I know I did, it gave me almost an ick feeling. Why though? Don’t we all want to have more wealth? Again I know I do!

I think as a society we have almost criminalized the word “wealth”. We have put wealthy individuals in the “other” category because we feel they are too different than us. I am on a mission to change that! Wealth is possible for each and everyone of us AND wealth is way more than making money.

Ever hear the phrase “Money doesn’t buy happiness”? There are two sides to this coin, no money it’s self doesn’t purchase happiness, however, we live on a physical plane where resources are important. Imagine not having to stress about how to pay the next bill, or put food on the table, or how you’ll afford your dream of travel. Money doesn’t buy happiness but it does give you the resources to be able to truly go after who you want to be in this world.

On the other side of the coin, you could have all the money in the world and not be happy. This is where I want to change the meaning of “Wealth”, W.E.A.L.T.H. is soooo much more than money. It is truly knowing who you are, it is learning to speak to yourself and others in a positive way, it is creating the habits, the health and the transformation in your life to authentically be who you be.

Wisdom creates

Empowerment which manifests

Abundance and leads to

Longevity which brings about

Transformation and completes itself with

Health - material, physical, emotional and spiritual.

Here are 6 tips to build your W.E.A.L.T.H. today:

Wisdom - Never stop being the student

  • Read (or listen) 10 pages of a nonfiction book every day. If that seems like to much of a stretch start with 5. If you would like my recommended reading list reach out!

Empowerment - Start discovering who you are, not what you do or what’s your title(ie wife, mother, daughter, etc…). Gain clarity from the inside out and the world shifts.

  • Journal (or video your self) daily asking the questions Who am I? or Who do I be?

Abundance - When we start to see how abundant we already are we open the pathways for even more.

  • Write down a minimum of 3 things you are grateful for every day. A great way to think about this is to imagine if tomorrow you woke up and you only had the things you wrote down.

Longevity - Long term vision building

  • Write out where you would like to see yourself in the next 5, 10, and 20 years. How much money will you be making? What sort of investments would you have made? When do you want to retire? This is going to start getting your mind working on HOW to achieve what you want out of this life. If you do not know where to start on this, reach out to me and I will point you in the direction of some free resources.

Transformation - DECIDE first. You have to be willing to let go of old behaviors to get a different result.

  • Be consciously willing to change and decide TODAY to take the aligned action. When your limiting beliefs start showing up write them down and re-frame them in positive language. (Example- “I don’t have time” re-frame to “ What’s more important than transforming your life?”)

Health - Health is Wealth, and Wealth is Health

  • I challenge you to take on ONE healthy change in your daily life (ie drinking more water, eating more protein, walking more, reaching out to a personal trainer)
